finished work two weeks ago. went on a cruise with family to Alaska. the time offshore was exceptional, the cruise itself stifling. i have some photos to upload from the trip. leaving for school in 8 days. this will most likely be my last update in some time. when i get up to school i wont be on the computer as much. enjoy.

between these hours, if you listen closely, you might be able to hear the sounds my soul makes when it is crushed beneath each key stroke. between these hours i'll be in a constant state of being sucked into a flickering monitor, under flickering lights. between these hours i'll be bored out of my fucking mind. i usually try not to tolerate boredom - i do my best to remind myself that there are always ways i could be improving myself, my surroundings, etc...i am now in a situation in which i don't think it's possible to get around this boredom. data entry can fuck off.

nothing beats summer in Miami, FL...especially after one experiences winter in the Northeast for the first time. god damn, i will never taken warm weather for granted again...and on that note, i'll try to never complain about weather ever again. we're alive for such a small time that it's silly - i can't afford to waste precious seconds bitching about things that bother me! nothing beats this. ...anyway, i'll try to compile a features journal sometime in the next week. my brother is graduating from law school on sunday and i have plenty of family coming down for the occasion. doubt i'll have much time to be on the computer. we'll see. erlei
