You yourself are too serious.

Cupid’s pillaging and the subsequent
Sorrows that surround and squeeze
Merely expand and empower
          The heart
For in no time it is itself again
Wandering about in its usual
Prurient peripateticism –
Hungry for the foot long hoagie of the soul
To quell the cavernous echoes emanating
From the belly of the heart.

Satiation – nay, for satiation gives way to an
Ennui rampant across this satiated state –
But rather a taste of the quiddity
Of the universe –
A minute but nevertheless potent exposure
Sure to leave any neophyte in such matters
In a state of mind-blown awe
And plain ol’ bewilderment.

A glance at gaieties well,
Gay enough, to lift one from their
Miasmic cloud into the fluffy spring air –
Enjoy friend and remember:
RELAX!

yeah, that's probably my favorite line, too.
